Hello Friends In this video we are going to see how to design the part – bearing in swivel bearing using solidworks software this is the 2D drawing of the part bearing front and bottom view of the bearing(part) wait…… ………… ………… select the top plane sketch the circle of diameter 40mm and extrude it extrude length=42mm 42mm extrude on both sides select the top surface and sketch the circle of diameter 48mm extrude to the lenght of 6mm mirror it to the other side using top plane add fillet for the radius of R3 mm select top surface sketch the circle of diameter 24mm and make it as a hole using “extrude cut” hole for 24 mm diameter should have do later select the front/right plane draw the circle of diameter 15mm and extrude it on both sides of the plane for a distance of 57mm now make the hole of diameter 24mm select the plane make the reference line draw the profile to make the revolve cut follow the video procedure use the revolve cut command and make the chamfer mirror it to another side draw the hole for oil hole which is denoted as diameter 3mm csk at 90 deg extrude cut in one direction Thank you subscribe my channel
