How do I use Excy as an Upper Body Ergometer from the Floor?

This was my go-to position with a
broken leg, non-weight-bearing I was capable of getting on the floor not
everybody is right but let’s walk through this upper body ergometer experience on the floor I like the higher one but I think, like you were saying it depends on the person’s injury. Correct. Let’s walk through the
setup here okay so again we’re following great simple rules here as far as
neutral forearm position neutral wrists a crank arm about your shoulder height
and similarly with how much extension we want to have so about that
five to ten degrees tends to be the most comfortable and most effective position here and this is a great way that we can take knees out of
it take hips out of it and with the new Excy we can have it closer to us so that’s
also helpful for people that have hip impingement or hip injuries where they
couldn’t get as close to it if they need to get.
