Today I’d like to teach you all about the jade roller. Jade rollers are great to reduce inflammation in the skin. and as an added bonus, they can help with sinus congestion. To start clean your face and use a beautiful face oil, serum or moisturizer. Start with the chin and roll horizontally out towards the ear. Use very gentle pressure and apply only 3 to 5 strokes per area. Next roll from the corner of your nose across the cheek towards the ear just under your eye. Next place your roller on the eyebrows and roll outwards ending at the temple. To finish work your way across the middle of the forehead horizontally towards the temples. You can also spot treat wrinkles gently roll the textured end of your roller back and forth over the fine lines until the area turns lightly pink.
