These instructions are based on the disassembled products as an example: 01 Sensor / 02 Electric drive / 03 Parallel kit / 04 Servo motor
05 Controller / 06 Memory card Tools 01 Open-jawed spanner / 02 Set of hex keys / 03 Torque spanner / 04 Square / 05 Loctite cleaning agent / 06 Paper towels / 07 Grease (if needed) / 08 Brush (if needed) 1/3 Insert SD card difficulty working time 2/3 Mount parallel kit – Mount the base Do not fully tighten the screws at first.
Make sure that the motor can be shifted within the elongated holes. Observe the tightening torque.
See text underneath video for more information. 2/3 Mount parallel kit – Install the toothed belt Clean the driveshaft and the insides of the clamping sleeves.
The sleeves can only clamp dry, grease-free drive shafts without slipping. The toothed belt pulleys and the clamping sleeves are preassembled and greased. If necessary, regrease the taper and the thread (LUB-KC1). This makes it easier to install the parts. Block the clamping sleeves so that the toothed belt pulleys can be tightened. Tighten by hand first until the resistance is noticeable and the sleeves start to grip.
The distance can then be adjusted more reliably. The reference surfaces differ depending on size.
Example in the video The square in the video is a tool which helps to estimate the distance more accurately. Adjust the distance between the surfaces to 1 mm. Reason: the toothed belt pulley moves to the inside during tightening.
In the end, the surfaces must be flush. The surfaces are flush (tolerance: ± 0.5 mm) Peak torque motor [Nm]

>cf. mounting instructions parallel kit 2/3 Mount parallel kit – Pretension the toothed belt Low toothed belt pretensioning is recommended. The toothed belt is correctly pretensioned when the strands are almost parallel. Observe clamping force. See text underneath video for more information.
Use the lower limit for orientation to minimise loads applied to the drive shaft. Observe the tightening torque.
See text underneath video for more information. Toothed belt and toothed belt pulleys must not come into contact with the housing. Otherwise, re-tension the toothed belt or readjust the toothed belt pulleys. 2/3 Mount parallel kit – Mount the top Observe the tightening torque.
See text underneath video for more information. 3 /3 Mount sensor If possible, do not transfer any torque to the piston rod. Block the cylinder and then tighten the nut. Observe the maximum tightening torque.
See text underneath video for more information. Ensure that the sensor is free of torsion. If a tool will be attached, do not screw on the lock nut right up to the sensor.
Otherwise measurement results might be distorted. Observe the tightening torque.
